What's Behind Every Home

Built to The Olsen Anderson Standard

Most builders keep the definition of a good home in their heads, and it drifts from one project to the next. We wrote ours down. Six things hold in every Olsen Anderson home.

01

We stand behind it

An Anniversary Refresh walkthrough, a real person to call, and a warranty that does not end at the closing table.

02

Layouts that work

A flex room, real storage, and bedroom separation. Plans tested against how a week actually goes, not how a tour goes.

03

Outdoor space you'll use

A private roof deck, yard, or balcony on every home, with sun orientation designed in.

04

Systems that keep up

Air conditioning, fiber, in-home laundry, and EV-ready electrical capacity planned at design rather than retrofitted later.

05

Finishes that last

Engineered oak, quartz, soft-close cabinetry, and exteriors built for the weather here. Two designer schemes to choose from.

06

Neighborhood fit

Scale, materials, and massing that read the street. Every project starts with a close read of the block.

Behind those six is the part you never see: the envelope that keeps Seattle rain out, the wall assemblies that keep your neighbors' evening on their side, the roofs and decks that don't need redoing in year eight. Most of it you'll never look at. That's the point. We'll show you anyway.

About This Community

Cedar Park Homes is ten new homes on 39th Ave NE, at the north end of Seattle’s Cedar Park neighborhood.

Six are detached single-family homes, three and four bedrooms, between 2,060 and 2,434 square feet, each with a two-car garage. Four are townhomes in two duplex buildings, three bedrooms at 1,815 square feet, each with a one-car garage.

The mix is deliberate. Setting the townhomes toward the rear steps the density back from the street, so the project reads like the block it joins rather than something dropped onto it. The two street-facing homes have their own front walks from the sidewalk. The rest come off a shared driveway, which also carries guest parking.

Every home has private outdoor space. The Burke-Gilman Trail is a short ride away, with Matthews Beach Park and Magnuson Park close by, and grocery, coffee and transit within walking distance.

The old structure is down and site work is underway. First homes are anticipated in early 2027.

Designed by Scale Architects NW, with Carter Quinn Norlin on structural engineering and Facet on civil.
