The Six Things in Every Olsen Anderson Home

Every builder says “quality.” We wanted a word that meant something, so we defined ours. The Olsen Anderson Standard is the six things in every OA home, held constant from home to home, whatever the project.

1. We stand behind it. The relationship doesn’t end at closing. Every home comes with a one-on-one orientation before move-in, a reference kit & manual at closing, a dedicated point of contact afterward, an Anniversary Refresh walkthrough, and a one-year builder’s limited warranty on materials and workmanship. If something isn’t right, someone picks up the phone.

2. Layouts that work. Plans tested against daily routines, not abstract layouts, open main-level living, a flex room that earns its keep as a guest room or office, real storage, and bedroom separation for quiet. A plan that still works in year five, not just on tour day.

3. Outdoor space you’ll actually use. A private roof deck, yard, or balcony on every home, with sun orientation considered in the design, room to host a few friends, grow something, or give the dog a spot.

4. Systems that keep up. Air conditioning, fiber internet, in-home laundry, and EV-ready power with electrical capacity planned at design, not retrofitted later. The home stays comfortable, efficient & ready for how people live next.

5. Finishes that last. Engineered oak, quartz, soft-close cabinetry & durable low-maintenance exteriors built for the Pacific Northwest, chosen to hold up over years of real use, not just to photograph well on day one.

6. Neighborhood fit. Scale, materials & massing that read the street. Every project starts with a close read of the neighborhood, homes designed for the block, not dropped into it.

The Standard answers the two questions every buyer is really asking: will this home work for my life, and will the builder stand behind it. You’ll find it on every project page, in every handover packet, and in every home we deliver. Full warranty terms are set out in the documents provided with your purchase agreement, which govern.
